1、A Hong Kong listed company engaged in property development is looking for a Personal Assistant: Responsibilities (Travel M) Perform comprehensive support for Director on business and personal affairs Manage travel itineraries and organize logistic arrangement for meetings and appointments Able to accommodate occasional business travels with the Director Perform other administrative support and ad hoc tasks when required Responsibilities (Non-Travel F) Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to executive in regards of drafting correspondence, arranging meetings, appointments and travelling schedules; Organize presentation and meeting materials and other logistics arrangements; Schedule and attend meetings, and co-ordinate with participants for follow up actions after the meeting; Perform other administrative support and ad hoc tasks when required
2、3-5 years relevant working experience (experience in serving senior executives is preferred)
3、Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4、Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
5、Detail-oriented, independent, mature, proactive and reliable
6、Immediately available is highly preferred
