Assistant Officer / Officer - Corporate Planning
1、Bachelor Degree in any disciplines, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain
2、At least 3 years solid experience in logistics, supply chain or express industry
3、Candidate with experience in project management, meeting management or event coordination is preferred
4、Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills, good leadership and communication skills
5、Proactive, detailed minded, and able to work under pressure and multi tasks
6、Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is preferred
7、Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoing and Chinese Word Processing
8、Candidates from China are also welcome
9、Candidates with more experience may consider as Officer
1、Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure projects' efficiency and effectiveness
2、Adminster the tasks of internal departments including research, action plan, implementation and result review
3、Prepare business analysis, reports and presentation for senior management
4、Review and analyze business processes, and develop internal control requirements accordingly
5、Responsible for meeting management for senior management, including meeting arrangement, minutes taking and after meeting follow up
6、Review and improve the meeting management mechanism when necessary
7、Provide administrative support to the team
8、Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
